• Upload images or videos of real people without their consent, or create deepfakes intended to deceive, defame, or harass.

User Content and AI Output

You keep ownership of the images and videos you upload, and you confirm you have the rights and any necessary consents to use them. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content only to provide the service. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the videos you generate, including for commercial purposes. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to output created for others, and you are responsible for how you use it. Reference images are automatically screened before every render, and we may review uploads and outputs. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details and how to report misuse. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Credits used for content blocked by our safety filters may not be refunded.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
