Billing questions
Do my credits expire?
Subscription credits do not expire, and unused credits carry over while you stay subscribed. Credit pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Do failed videos use up my credits?
No. If a render fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Content blocked by safety filters may not be refunded.
What is the difference between Fast and Pro?
Pro uses Kling Motion Control for the closest motion and character consistency, at 720p or 1080p and up to 30 seconds. Fast uses Seedance 2.0 Mini: it costs about 60% less, with looser timing and character consistency, at 480p or 720p and up to 15 seconds. Every plan can use both.
Should I pick a subscription or a credit pack?
If you make videos every month, a subscription is cheaper per credit. Packs are one-time purchases for occasional projects and cost more per credit.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and the credits you already received stay in your account.
I paid but my credits have not shown up. What now?
Credits usually arrive within a minute of payment. Refresh Settings → Credits. If they are still missing, contact support with your payment email and we will sort it out.
