Acceptable Use Policy

What the service is for

AI Genjutsu turns a clip you own into a new character performance, or changes an object or the background in the shot. It is built for original characters, your own footage, product videos, and creative work you have the rights to.

Not allowed

You may not use AI Genjutsu to create or upload:

• Sexual or nude content of any kind, including "undressing" or adult content.
• Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or appears to depict minors in an unsafe way.
• A real, identifiable person's face or body without their clear permission, including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals.
• Content meant to impersonate someone, mislead viewers about what a real person said or did, or influence elections or public debate.
• Content used for fraud, scams, identity verification bypass, harassment, defamation, or blackmail.
• Hateful, violent extremist, or graphic violent content.
• Footage, characters, or brands you do not have the rights to use.

Your responsibilities

• Upload only videos and images you own or have permission to use. Before every render you confirm this in the studio.
• When you share a video made with AI Genjutsu, say clearly that it was made or edited with AI.
• Do not remove or hide AI labels or other provenance information.

How we screen content

Reference images are checked by automated safety models before a render starts. Images that are flagged, or that cannot be checked, are rejected and no credits are spent. We may also review prompts, uploads, and outputs when we receive a report or detect abuse.

Enforcement

We may block a render, delete content, remove credits obtained through abuse, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal content (including child sexual abuse material) to the relevant authorities.

Report misuse

If you see content made with AI Genjutsu that uses your likeness without permission or breaks this policy, email abuse@aigenjutsu.net or open a support ticket from your account. Include links or screenshots and how to reach you. We aim to respond within 2 business days and act faster on content involving minors or non-consensual imagery.
